Idrostop


Hydrophilic Expandable, Pre-Formed, Flexible Rubber Strip for Watertight Construction

Idrostop is used to produce watertight construction joints in civil, industrial and hydraulic construction. Construction joints created with Idrostop are watertight up to 5 atm of pressure. Unlike materials made of alternate composition that lose efficiency in repeated wet/dry cycling, Idrostop’s unique composition allows it to maintain performance even in aggressive environments.


Mapeband TPE


Flexible Waterproof Tape for Moving Joints

Mapeband TPE is a professional-grade, highly durable and flexible band for sealing and waterproofing expansion joints and cracks subject to movement up to 7/32" (5,5 mm). TPE, an acronym for “elastomeric thermoplastic polyolefine,” represents a group of polyolefines that combine the best properties of thermoplastic polymers and synthetic elastomer technology.


Mapelastic


All-climate, flexible cementitious membrane for concrete waterproofing and protection


Mapelastic is a cementitious membrane that waterproofs concrete. It also protects concrete from chemical attack by de-icing salts, sulphates, chlorides and carbon dioxide that leads to deterioration and requires costly repair. Mapelastic is designed for application on new concrete structures, concrete structures repaired with Mapecem® or Planitop® mortars and renders with hairline cracks, as well as any cementitious surface subject to vibrations and subsequent cracking. Use Mapelastic on such hydraulic projects as channels and faces of dams in addition to swimming pools, basins, storage tanks, balconies and terraces.


Mapelastic Smart


Roller-Grade, Flexible Cementitious Membrane for Concrete Waterproofing and Protection

Mapelastic Smart  is a cementitious membrane for protecting new concrete structures, concrete structures repaired with  Mapecem®  or  Planitop®  mortars, renders with hairline cracks and any cementitious surface subject to vibrations and the subsequent cracking.  Mapelastic Smart  also is designed for waterproofing such hydraulic projects as channels and faces of dams as well as swimming pools, basins, storage tanks, balconies and terraces.


Mapetex Sel


Nonwoven Fabric for Reinforcing Waterproofing Membranes

Mapetex Sel is a macro-holed polypropylene fabric reinforcement used together with Mapelastic™ and Mapelastic Smart flexible cementitious membranes for waterproofing and protecting new concrete surfaces or concrete units particularly subject to large deformations and, therefore, at risk of cracking. Mapetex Sel is also suitable for use on surfaces at risk of cracking following repair with products from the Mapecem® and Planitop® product groups. Mapetex Sel can increase crack-bridging capability up to 1/8" (3 mm).


Planiseal 88


Cement-Based Waterproofing Coating


Planiseal 88 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing coating for concrete and masonry surfaces. It can be used as a waterproofing and protection coating/mortar on interior and exterior concrete and masonry surfaces such as basements, galleries, foundation walls, reservoirs, swimming pools, irrigation canals, wet rooms, retaining walls, bridges, overpasses, piers, beams, facades, ceilings and balconies.


When mixed with water, Planiseal 88 withstands negative and positive hydrostatic pressures and can be applied to either negative- or positive-side concrete surfaces to provide waterproofing. Planiseal 88 can be applied by trowel or brush (spray applications are recommended for larger jobs) up to 1/16" (1,5 mm) thick. Mix with Planicrete® AC to obtain a coating/mortar having superior adhesion, cohesion and waterproofing characteristics.


Planiseal Plug


Ultra Quick-Setting Water Stop and Anchoring Mortar

Planiseal Plug   is a quick-setting mortar specially designed for stopping leaks, repairing concrete and anchoring.  Planiseal Plug   is used for repairing horizontal and vertical surfaces in interior or exterior concrete applications, such as:  
           

  •  Repairing substrates, floors, walls, sidewalks, pipes, and precast and concrete components.  

  • Anchoring door and window frames and any other component that is required to be mechanically fastened to concrete substrates.  

  •  Quick-patching any type of conduits in concrete substrates (sewers, wastewater treatment plants, etc.)  

  •  Patching and sealing small water leaks in concrete structures very quickly. 

When mixed with water,  Planiseal Plug   ensures high compression and flexural strengths in just 3 hours. Chloride-free,  Planiseal Plug   is intended for vertical and horizontal surfaces. When hardened,  Planiseal Plug   is highly resistant to water and freeze/thaw cycles. 


Planiseal WR


Penetrating, Water-Based Silane/Siloxane Water Repellent

Planiseal WR is a new-technology, silane/siloxane-blend, water-repellent, transparent sealer offering superior performance and VOC compliance. Planiseal WR offers fast-beading water repellency for porous concrete, brick, stone and grout. Planiseal WR is water-based, is easy to apply and provides a breathable, dirt- and stain-resistant water repellency for the protection of concrete surfaces.


Resfoam HB 45


Flexible, Hydrophobic Polyurethane Grout

Resfoam HB 45 is a low-viscosity, flexible, hydrophobic polyurethane grout used to stop water infiltration in concrete structures. Resfoam HB 45 is a solvent-free, MDI-based polymer system that reacts with water. Use Resfoam HB 45 together with Resfoam HBA 5 accelerator to adjust the reaction profile for a specific application. In a free-rise circumstance, Resfoam HB 45 will expand up to 750% of its liquid volume. Upon application, Resfoam HB 45 reacts to form a closed-cell polyurethane grout that will not shrink, and provides an elastomeric waterproof barrier sealing infiltration points against water intrusion. Resfoam HB 45 is nontoxic and has good chemical resistance. Resfoam HB 45 is also available in a dual-cartridge format (Resfoam HB 45C) with the accelerator already portioned in the Part B cartridge


Resfoam HL 35


Flexible, Hydrophilic Polyurethane Foam or Gel Resin

Resfoam HL 35 is a single-component, water-activated hydrophilic polyurethane used for sealing cracks or joints in concrete structures that are subject to continuous moisture exposure. Depending on the water-to-resin ratio, Resfoam HL 35 will vary in consistency from a resilient rubber-like foam to a flexible gel. Resfoam HL 35 is capable of absorbing water up to 800% of its own mass and subsequently prevents water from penetrating into a structure. This unique feature allows Resfoam HL 35 to be used for large water-inflow applications, such as manholes or below-grade structures with active water leaks. Once cured, Resfoam HL 35 provides a watertight, elastomeric seal that stops the penetration of water through cracks or voids.

100%-Organic Pump Flush Agent

Resfoam PF is a 100%-organic blend of selected, high-temperature oils. Resfoam PF provides an environmentally friendly and effective alternative to hazardous products as a flush and cleaning agent for removing polyurethane and other tough composites from grout-injection equipment and injection lines.


Resfoam SS 75


Rigid, Hydrophobic Polyurethane Grout for Soil Stabilization

Resfoam SS 75 is a low-viscosity, hydrophobic polyurethane used for soil stabilization in a variety of water-bearing soils. The low viscosity of Resfoam SS 75 provides for effective penetration of the earth, adding structure and stabilization by encapsulating the granules and subsequently forming a rock-like mass. By application, Resfoam SS 75 cures rapidly to a rigid closed cell, effectively stopping water seepage and waterproofing the soil. Resfoam SS 75 utilizes Resfoam HBA 5 catalyst, which provides a variable reaction time.
