Mapeflex P1


One-Component, Nonsag Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant

Mapeflex P1; is a high-performance, one-part elastomeric polyurethane sealant and adhesive; Mapeflex P1 offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, superior gunning and tooling, as well as excellent flexibility for moving joints. Mapeflex P1; meets the requirements of ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Uses NT, T, M, G, A and O; TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; AAMA 808.3-92; and CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87.

Planibond JF


Semi-rigid epoxy joint filler

Planibond  JF  is a two-part, 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, semi-rigid epoxy joint filler.  Planibond JF  meets ASTM C881 and ACI 302 requirements as well as USDA specifications for food-processing areas. The self-leveling  Planibond  JF  is ideal for filling and sealing horizontal non-moving saw-cut control joints and random cracks.


Planiseal Rapid Joint 15


Self-Leveling Polyurea Floor Joint Filler

Planiseal Rapid Joint 15 is a 100%-solids, two-component, rapid-curing, polyurea elastomer joint and crack filler. Planiseal Rapid Joint 15 is designed for supporting non-moving joint nosings exposed to forklift and steel-wheeled traffic. Planiseal Rapid Joint 15 features broad temperature capabilities, can address joint movement of 10% to 15%, and cures quickly so that repaired joints can be re-opened to traffic almost immediately after application. Designed with enhanced application characteristics, excess Planiseal Rapid Joint 15 can be shaved easily, and will typically not leave a stain on surfaces adjacent to joints.
